FAQ:
Can I become a host in my city?
You can check available cities on our website and you are welcome to register even if you don’t see your city listed. Even if you are located outside of the E.U, U.K, U.S. and Canada, you can still register with our platform and become a host.
What kind of activities will my space be used for?
Your space will primarily be used by professional musicians, music production companies, concert organisers, record labels, and organisations in music education to name a few typical space bookers who want to rehearse, practice, perform, record, film, stream or give lessons. You are in charge of describing and letting the users know about the use of your space.
I have a piano or DJ mixer at home, can I list it on Music Traveler?
Absolutely, you can list it even if the instrument or equipment is located in a space you fully control and you’re willing to give access to that space for a set amount of time.
Do I have to tune my instrument before renting it out?
No, but having a recently tuned instrument will result in a higher chance of booking.
How do I determine the price of my space?
You can freely decide on the price of your space. If you are unsure, you can browse existing listings to compare or contact our team at Support@MusicTraveler.com

Do I need to take photos of every instrument available in my space?
The more detailed the photos are, the more likely users will book your space. However, you don’t need to take a photo of each instrument, or equipment separately, you can also post a photo of the space itself, where instruments are visible.
Can I rent out a space if it doesn’t have any musical instruments?
Of course. If you think your space can be used by musicians and other creatives in any way, you are welcome to list it.

Can I decline a booking?
